Rory came into this role with prior experience from Sage Therapeutics as a Project Coordinator on the business side and from Uniqure as a Junior Planner supporting CMC departments. He came up to speed rapidly, exceeding the initial expectations for his role, and has become a valuable resource. He works with cross-functional teams to support programs by monitoring progress to plan, ensuring consistency of status reporting, training new members on the process, and identifying dependencies. He works to develop project timelines, dashboards, trackers, processes, and tools to support program execution and provides support to other Program Managers and business leaders on the team.

Rory has done an outstanding job in his role. His manager says, “Rory is always awesome! He is knocking it out of the park.” Great job, Rory, and keep up the excellent work
