HIT Consultant Recognition Award

We take tremendous pride in acknowledging and celebrating the outstanding achievements of our Talent Groups Consultant of the Quarter, Kimberely Estés. Kimber has worked through Talent Groups at two of our clients supporting a Large Academic Medical Center and also a Community Health Center as a PMP-certified Senior Epic Project Manager. 

Kimber has a strong background in implementing and developing chronic disease, wellness and custom patient registries for population health and community connect including ACO and cost and utilization dashboards. She has experience managing new Epic implementations including Wisdom, Ambulatory, Urgent Care, Healthy Planet, Stork, Cupid, Bones, Behavioral Health, Tele Medicine, Community Connect, MyChart, and EpicCare Link for all outpatient and specialty departments. Her wealth of Epic experience makes her an invaluable asset to these two organizations. 

Kimber was instrumental in extending the Large Academic Medical Center’s instance of Epic to this Community Health Center in lab, telemedicine, integrations, and both clinical and revenue cycle applications. Her responsibility was to partner with the Community Health Center to ensure a successful Epic install. She partnered with our client in all phases of the Community Connect project, created standardized project documentation and materials, and escalated project issues and risks when necessary.

Kimber’s manager values her contributions –‘Everyone at the Community Health Center loves her. When she was on-site, she had this incredible way of connecting with everyone, hugging them like old friends. They've even got nicknames for each other! The team is genuinely thrilled with the impact she's made and the meaningful relationships she's built. It’s great to see!’
