Talent Groups CFO Natalie Valerioti Named to SIA’s 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

Talent Groups is proud to announce that Chief Financial Officer Natalie Valerioti has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for a second year in a row. This award recognizes her leadership and contributions to the staffing and workforce solutions industry.

Now in its 12th year, SIA’s annual Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list honors 150 influential women whose leadership, innovation, and achievements are helping shape the future of the global staffing industry.

For Natalie, this recognition reflects her instrumental role in helping Talent Groups grow into the unified organization it is today.

Driving Growth Through Financial Leadership

As CFO, Natalie has played a critical role in Talent Groups’ growth, particularly through the integration of multiple acquired companies into one organization. Her leadership has helped establish the financial and operational infrastructure needed to support the company's continued expansion.

From aligning financial and HR systems to improving organizational visibility and consistency, Natalie has helped build a scalable foundation that supports both the business and its people.

These efforts have contributed to important milestones for Talent Groups, including being named to SIA’s Largest IT Staffing Firms in the United States list in both 2024 and 2025.

Beyond her financial leadership, Natalie is committed to developing talent within her team, mentoring emerging leaders, and supporting causes that create opportunities for women and youth.

Recognizing Women Who Are Shaping the Staffing Industry

Natalie joins an accomplished group of women recognized for their influence and contributions to the global staffing industry.

“The 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing demonstrate that innovation and people-centered leadership aren’t competing priorities,” said SIA President Ursula Williams, noting the importance of bringing technological innovation and human capability together.

The 2026 honorees will be celebrated at SIA’s Executive Forum North America, taking place March 8–11, 2027, in Miami Beach, Florida.

Congratulations, Natalie!

We are incredibly proud to see Natalie recognized among this year's Global Power 150 Women in Staffing. Her dedication, leadership, and contributions have been an important part of Talent Groups’ growth and success, and we look forward to all that lies ahead.
