What makes Talent Groups stand apart from other firms is mostly their attention to detail and the quality of the resources that they can get. Talent Groups is so knowledgeable about the industry, so I think the resources they supply are on the higher end of what we normally get from a consulting firm. In addition, they have what they call a Center of Excellence that they put all of their consultants through. It really does save for the company hiring on the screening. There is stuff we don't have to do because Talent Groups takes care of that for us, and the Center of Excellence is one of them. I think they put processes and practices in place that enable a better selection process for their consultants and can fine-tune the exact resources we need. They spend a lot of time with us asking what we need. I have never gotten a resource that I interviewed and thought that Talent Groups didn't hit the mark. All of the candidates have the qualities I am looking for, and sometimes it is a difficult choice.
