The client’s existing claims infrastructure was fragmented, with multiple platforms, inconsistent reporting practices, and overlapping business workflows. To modernize effectively, the organization had to:

  • Standardize and improve business reporting across claims functions
  • Select and implement new BI tools and build a new claims data repository

APPROACH
