Keith has been instrumental in improving how identities and applications are managed across the organization. He helped establish clearer ownership and lifecycle processes for applications, bringing much-needed structure and clarity to areas that were previously fragmented. His work has enabled teams to more easily understand governance responsibilities and operate with greater confidence and consistency.
