Q1 2026 Consultant of the Quarter: Keith Cavanary

Over the past four years working with Talent Groups, Keith, a Senior Security Analyst, has been embedded with one of our clients, where he has played a major role in strengthening identity governance and access controls. His leadership in rolling out Azure Privileged Identity Management for critical roles has helped meaningfully reduce risk and advance the organization’s Zero Trust journey. He also helped redesign the user access review process, simplifying workflows, reducing manual effort, and making audits significantly more efficient for all involved.

Beyond access controls, Keith has been instrumental in improving how identities and applications are managed across the organization. He helped establish clearer ownership and lifecycle processes for applications, bringing much-needed structure and clarity to areas that were previously fragmented. His work has enabled teams to more easily understand governance responsibilities and operate with greater confidence and consistency.
