Talent Academy
Talent Academy supports organization's DEI efforts by offering an upskilling program that closes diversity gaps. By doing so, we make it easier to hire top talent from a more diverse pool of candidates. At Talent Groups, we consider cultivating DEI to be a key part of our identity since our founding, and we believe that it's essential to our success. Talent Groups works with recent college graduates, consultants, and clients to identify top talent who would benefit from targeted training to increase their technical proficiency and better support client needs. Talent Academy empowers technology professionals to grow by zeroing in on skill gaps and offering customized training focused on specific skills, technical progression and career growth.
