Tina Fisher Named Q3 Consultant of the Quarter

Some consultants make an impact through their technical expertise. Others stand out for the way they lead, support their teammates, and remain committed when the work becomes especially demanding.

Tina Fisher does all of the above.

We are proud to recognize Tina, a Healthy Planet, Ambulatory Senior Consultant and SME, as Talent Groups’ Q3 Consultant of the Quarter.

Tina supported a major rehabilitation project for one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals, an organization consistently recognized among the Best Children’s Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. As one of only three analysts assigned to the project, she took ownership of a significant amount of work and quickly became a trusted leader for the team.

According to her direct manager, Barbara, Tina was instrumental in getting the organization ready for go-live. She completed an extensive workload, worked additional hours when needed, and stayed focused on helping the client reach the finish line. Her commitment continued well beyond the official launch, as she remained closely involved in post-go-live support and refinement.

“Tina has been phenomenal,” Barbara shared. “She made it happen. She owned the work for the team, and she continued supporting the client even after go-live.”

Tina’s contribution went far beyond completing assigned tasks. She served as the principal analyst and lead for the project while also teaching and supporting the other analysts. By sharing her knowledge and helping them strengthen their skills, she made the entire team more effective.

Her impact was felt just as strongly by the hospital’s clinical leaders.

One client leader wrote:

“You have been an incredible support throughout this project and absolutely critical in getting us to this point with a significant amount of work taking place after the official go-live.”

Another praised Tina’s thoughtfulness and patience throughout the process of imagining, building, using, and refining the solution, calling her guidance “truly invaluable.”

That feedback reflects what made Tina’s work so meaningful. She did not simply build a solution and move on. She listened closely, collaborated with the people who would use it, and continued refining the work until it truly met their needs.

Her leadership, technical expertise, generosity, and commitment to the client are exactly what this recognition represents.

Congratulations, Tina, on being named Talent Groups’ Q3 Consultant of the Quarter. Thank you for the care you bring to your work, the support you provide to those around you, and the exceptional experience you continue to deliver.
