Bullhorn One Training – Core Sales & Delivery Framework

This page outlines the key performance framework elements used to evaluate Sales and Sales & Delivery team activity in Bullhorn One. Each element has been defined to help users understand what’s being tracked, why it matters, and how the data is sourced. Each section below can be expanded using the yellow circle and arrow to review the definition of an individual Performance Framework Element, including a description, key data definitions, and a short video explaining how the data is collected and reflected in Bullhorn Analytics. This training resource is designed to promote transparency, alignment, and a shared understanding of performance expectations.

Sales PERFORMANCE Framework Elements

  • New Agreement Opportunities

    The "New Agreement Opportunities" framework element counts the total number of Opportunities created where:

    1) Opportunity "Owner" is the user

    2) Opportunity "Type" is "Agreement"

    3) The Opportunity is created within the selected timeframe

  • Client Referral Leads

    The "Client Referral Leads" framework element counts the total number of Leads  where:

    1) "Added By" is the user

    2) The "Lead Source" field is "Client Referral"

    3) The lead is created within the selected timeframe

  • Conversations

    The Conversations framework element counts the total number of notes on "Client Contacts" where:

    1) The "Owner" / "Author" is the relevant user

    2) The "Action" value is "Conversation"

    3) References  a Client Contact or Candidate

    4) Created in the relevant timeframe

  • Total Client Visits

    The "Total Client Visits" framework element counts the total number of notes on "Client Contacts" that are:

    1) Job "Owner" is the relevant user

    2) Where the "Action" value is "Existing Client Visit", "Existing Client Visits", or "New Client Visit"

    3) Created in the relevant timeframe

  • Job Reqs - Manager Contact

    The "Job Reqs - Manager Contact" framework element counts the total number of Jobs created where:

    1) Job "Owner" is the relevant user

    2) The "Hiring Manager Contact Status" is "Manager Contact"

    3) Created in the relevant timeframe

  • Job Reqs - No Manager Contact

    The "Job Reqs - No Manager Contact" framework element counts the total number of Jobs created in the selected timeframe where:

    1) Job "Owner" is the relevant user

    2) The "Hiring Manager Contact Status" is "No Manager Contact"

    3) Created in the relevant timeframe

  • Total Interviews (Added) - (Recruiter + Job Owner)

    The "Total Interviews (Added) - (Recruiter + Job Owner)" framework element counts the total number of Interviews added at any status (e.g. 1st, 2nd, Further, Final) where:

    1) The interview was scheduled / created during the relevant timeframe

    2A ) For Sales - Job "Owner" is the user

  • Total Placements

    The "Total Placements" framework element counts the total number of Placements created  (with Date Added) where:

    For Sales:

    1) Job Owner is Salesperson... AND

    2) Internal Commissions Recipient for Sales is "Job Owner"

    3) The placement is created in the selected timeframe

  • Positions Opportunity

    The "Position Opportunity" framework element counts the total number of Opportunities where:

    1) The "Opportunity Owner" is the relevant user

    2) The "Opportunity Type" is "Position(s)"

    3) The Opportunity is created in the selected timeframe

  • Leads Converted

    The "Leads Converted" framework element counts the total number of Leads converted in the selected timeframe, where:

    1) "Added By" value is the relevant user

    2) The Lead Status is "Converted"

    3) The Lead Status changed to Converted in the specified timeframe.

  • Existing Client Visit

    The Existing Client Visit framework element counts the total number of notes on Client Contacts where:

    1) The note is Owned by the relevant user

    2) The Action value is Existing Client Visit, or Existing Client Visits

    3) The note was created during the specified timeframe

  • New Client Visit

    The New Client Visit framework element counts the total number of notes on Client Contacts where:

    1) The note is Owned by the relevant user

    2) The Action value is New Client Visit

    3) The note was created during the specified timeframe

  • Opportunities Added

    The "Opportunities Added" framework element counts the total number of Opportunities created where: 

    1) The Opportunity Owner is the relevant user

    2) The Opportunity Type is Position(s), Agreement, or General Market Info

    3) The Opportunity is created in the specified timeframe.

Delivery performance Framework Elements

  • Client Submissions - (Recruiter + Job Owner)

    The "Client Submission" metric counts the total number of Candidates Added to a Job where:

    1)The User initiated the Candidate worklist against the job

    and

    The Candidate Worklist includes a Client Submission Action 

    (You can confirm that by looking for a  'Client Submission' Action Type note

  • Worklists

    The "Worklists" metric counts the total number of Candidates Added to a Job in the given timeframe.


    This count will include candidates where all of the following are true: 

    1) Submission Type is Sourced, Reached Out, Follow-up, Candidate Screened, DM Submission, AM Submission, Cross Division Submission, Client Submission Pending, job on hold, Contacted, Internally Submitted, or Prescreen 

    2) Submission Owner or Added By is the user

    3) The submission occurs during the time period selected

  • Candidate Screen (Recruiter + Job Owner)

    The "Candidate Screen (Recruiter + Job Owner)" framework item counts the total number of candidates added to a job where all of the following are true:

    1) "Submission Type" is/was "Candidate Screened", "Prescreen", "Prescreened" 

    2) "Submission Owner" or "Job Owner" is the user.

    3) The event occurs during the time period selected

  • Total Interviews (Added) - (Recruiter + Job Owner)

    The "Total Interviews (Added) - (Recruiter + Job Owner)" framework item counts the total number of Interviews added at any status (e.g. 1st, 2nd, Further, Final) where:

    1A) For Sales - "Job Owner" is the salesperson user

    1B) For Recruiting / Delivery - the Interview is added by the user

    2) The event is scheduled (created) during the time period selected 

  • Leads Added

    The "Leads Added" metric counts the total number of Leads created where:

    1) "Added by" is the user

    2) The lead is created in the selected time period

  • AM Submission (Recruiter + Job Owner)

    The "AM Submissions" metric counts the total number of Candidates Added to a Job where:

    1) "Submission Type" is "AM Submission"

    2) "Submission Owner" or "Job Owner" is the user.

    3) The submission occurs during the selected time period

  • Total Placements

    The "Total Placements" framework element counts the total number of Placements created  (with Date Added) where:

    For Sales:

    1) Job Owner is Salesperson... AND

    2) Internal Commissions Recipient for Sales is "Job Owner"

    3) The placement is created in the selected timeframe 


    For Recruiter / Delivery:

    1) The Placements is added by Recruiter... AND...

    2) The internal Commissions Recipient for Recruiting Recipient is Recruiter

    3) The placement is created in the selected timeframe
