Carl is the President of the Healthcare IT division at Talent Groups. He has over thirty years of experience in the IT consulting industry. He began his career as a software engineer and held recruiting, sales, and management positions before starting his own company in 1985, The Systems Group, Inc. (TSG). TSG grew to become the largest independently owned IT staffing company in Connecticut serving insurance, healthcare, financial, retail, manufacturing, and government clients throughout the Northeast. 

Carl supports a variety of charities focused on the well-being of children and cancer research. Carl is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and resides in Connecticut where he enjoys spending time with his family.
