Chance’s professional journey includes senior leadership roles at MSH, Populus Group, Kforce Technology, and TEKsystems, where he led teams to deliver exceptional results. Holding a BBA in Marketing and Economics from the University of Northern Colorado and currently pursuing his MBA at Regis University, Chance’s dedication to growth extends both personally and professionally. Having lived in seven cities, he brings diverse perspectives that will be invaluable in shaping our continued success. Outside of work, Chance enjoys golfing, reading, working out, traveling, and restoring classic cars.
