Jess is the VP of Consulting & Staffing Services for Healthcare IT at Talent Groups. She is passionate about connecting the dots between job seekers and organizations and as a result has worked in IT consulting for most of her career, in roles leading internal teams and working directly with organizations on their resource strategies and staffing needs. 

She is inspired by the power of technology to advance better patient care and has focused heavily on the life sciences sector, partnering with many healthcare organizations nationally to provide consultants for their projects.

Jess is a graduate of Gordon College and lives in Beverly, MA. When she’s not fussing over her house plants or nursing herself back from a running injury, you can find her spending time with friends or reading to her daughters, Gwen and Eve.
