Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Epic Compass Rose subject matter expert to lead the integration of our teams into Epic Compass Rose. This role requires technical expertise, implementation experience, and strong leadership to guide next steps and ensure successful integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Compass Rose integration: requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Translate care coordination workflows into Epic build (episodes, outreach encounters, care plans, program enrollment).
- Establish standards for SDOH screening and referrals; ensure interoperability with external systems.
- Define KPIs and build reporting dashboards (Workbench, SlicerDicer, Cogito/Caboodle).
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and recommend optimal sequencing of integration steps.
- Partner with PMO and technical teams for HL7/FHIR interface management.
- Assist in the development of training materials and support adoption across Care Coordination teams.
- 3–5+ years in Epic application build/support; Compass Rose/ Healthy Planet experience required
- Proven implementation leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of care coordination workflows and SDOH processes.
- Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and Epic Bridges integration.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills; comfortable “leading the room,” surfacing tradeoffs, and recommending a path forward.
