Growing North Dallas company is looking for a J2EE Developer. This is a contract position.The ideal candidate will have experience in Java Programming using Spring Source- Spring MVC, Spring Core, Hibernate framework. Candidates should be excellent team players and also be able to work with minimal supervision in a fluid environment. Responsibilities include: Meeting with stakeholders frequently; understandinguser problems, translating user issues into functional requirements, and providinginnovative solutions to solve those problems.· Work either individually or within ateam environment with other developers Maintain and enhance existingsoftware by analyzing and identifying areas for optimization based on expandingrequirements.Complete accountability for requirements gathering, backendarchitecture, UI design, testing and deployment of new and existing applications·Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs in currently deployed applications·Third level support and troubleshooting (highest tier) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Expert-level knowledge in Java/J2EE technologies with a minimum of 5 plus years experience Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with Spring MVC, Spring Core, Hibernate frameworkExperience with Spring Web flow will be a plusShould be good in front end technologies (Ajax, JQuery, JSP, JavaScript, Css )Experience with SQL, relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle Knowledge in web services will be a plus Familiarity with Spring Integration or other messaging & integration technologies2+ years experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, and code reviews Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Strong UI design skills Must be a self-starter, resourceful and skilled at getting results Must be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently Ability to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities and deal with a dynamic development environment Will incorporate the following notes: · UI - MVC framework - Spring is preferred; Need to know JQuery and AJAX · Back End - Spring Corp or DB Hiberrnate About The InSource Group:The InSource Group supplies select information technology specialists to some of the area's most prominent companies.
