Executive Summary

The ADO Enablement Lead will be responsible for the technical rollout, configuration, and integration of Azure DevOps (ADO) and Apptio Target Process (ATP) across DTS delivery teams. This role ensures that the tooling infrastructure supports DOME’s portfolio visibility, governance, and reporting needs. The lead will work cross-functionally to establish scalable workflows, dashboards, and integrations that reflect the organization’s hybrid delivery models.

Role Overview
This role focuses on the technical enablement of delivery tooling. The ADO Enablement Lead will assess current usage, design standardized configurations, and implement integrations that support planning, execution, and reporting across programs. The role will also support training and onboarding, ensuring that teams can use ADO/ATP effectively regardless of their delivery style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current ADO/ATP usage across DTS and identify gaps.
  • Design and implement standardized workflows, dashboards, and reporting templates.
  • Lead integration efforts between ADO, ATP, Clarity, and other enterprise tools.
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
  • Provide hands-on support for team onboarding and migration.
  • Develop enablement materials and training guides.
  • Monitor adoption and usage metrics to inform continuous improvement.
