Job Summary:
Position is responsible for conducting moderate to complex analysis in assigned area to include monitoring of resources, evaluation of processes and presentation of historical information trends to ensure optimal departmental effectiveness.
Must-Have:
- Knowledge of HCM Analytics, KPIs, and Dashboard Metrics
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
- Knowledge of Oracle FDI
Nice-to-Have:
- Fast Formulas (payroll, absence, benefits)
- HDL
- In-depth knowledge of HR / Payroll processes
