Job Summary:
Position is responsible for conducting moderate to complex analysis in assigned area to include monitoring of resources, evaluation of processes and presentation of historical information trends to ensure optimal departmental effectiveness.
Must-Have:
- Ability to perform application configurations along with providing user support for Time & Attendance and Staff Scheduling
- Ability to work on non Symplr applications as needed
- Expertise across Symplr Pay Policies, Rules Engine, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, Staffing environments
- Knowledge of SQL and SSIS packages
- Knowledge of Symplr integrations with Payroll
- Proficient in application and technical support of the Symplr Time & Attendance / Staff Scheduling System
Nice-to-Have:
- Participated in migrations from Symplr to Oracle Time & Labor
