Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting order emulation, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) invoicing, and data assistance for customer onboarding. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate data handling. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Emulation: Collaborate with Operations teams to support the order emulation processes.
- OCR Invoicing Support: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of OCR technology for invoice processing Monitor the accuracy of OCR results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Data Assistance for Customer Onboarding: Support the customer onboarding process by translating various data formats to a prescribed template to Excel or Tableau for loading into the platform. Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to ensure that all necessary data is accurately captured and processed. Provide data insights and reporting to help improve the customer onboarding experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and conduct data analysis upon request to support business decisions. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and customer onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with OCR technology is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
