Job Description:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Professional appearance (business casual or all-black attire)
- Strong communication and urgency in VIP and Townhall settings
- Experience with hybrid AV events (Zoom, Teams), amphitheater setups, and troubleshooting live presentations
- Self-starter with 1–3 years of AV experience, ideally in higher education
- Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, Cisco/NEAT Bar, ServiceNow
- Tier 1/Tier 2 support mindset (not repair/integration)
- Able to work independently without hand-holding
- Comfortable in medical/biology lab environments (e.g., cadavers)
- High attention to detail and adaptability with AV systems and connectivity (Mac/PC, Wi-Fi, adapters)
Soft Skills:
- Confidence, capability, and professionalism
- Willingness to receive feedback and ask questions when needed
- Understands the importance of discretion and service in faculty-facing roles Logistics:
- Not a stage lighting or production role
