Job Description
- This person will be on a Process Improvement team, which part of a Cyber Security PMO, working with the Network Security group. This team has both Network Services Operations and Engineering arms.
- The Process Analyst will help analyze current processes and recognize areas for improvement. They will talk with team members, understand what is working and not working well, and provide suggestions
- Deliverables include process diagrams and process flows
- The Process Analyst will create the improvement and will work with other teams that will take it through implementation. This person will be a coach of the initiatives and work with people to drive them forward.
- Will lead stakeholder meetings with VPs, AVPs, Directors. Should be able to articulate where they started, what the problem was and where they are heading.
- Will provide feedback to leadership and provide data to demonstrate value and track current and improvement state.
- 5+ years’ experience with Process Improvement
- Experience creating process diagrams, process mappings, and process flows.
- Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt certification – huge plus
- Should have Six Sigma
- Comfortable with Visio, SharePoint, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint, Mural
- Must have experience with ITSM (Service Management)
- Strong facilitation skills – ability to plan and run workshops
- Awareness of Agile and other PM frameworks is a plus
- NIST a big plus, or interest in learning more about it
- Experience with Cyber Security or Network Security a plus but not required

- Should be comfortable running with initiatives without hand holding. Able to make decisions. Comfortable and confident interfacing with different levels in the organization.
