30 to 40 hours per week
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our client’s team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure the integrity of our data. This role will primarily involve entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems while supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets.

Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.

Assist with data cleanup and organization projects.

Generate reports and update tracking documents as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

Support additional administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting/filtering, formatting).

Familiarity with ERP systems preferred; Business Central experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
