Job Description
  • The Digital Producer supports day-to-day content production and maintenance across the client's digital properties, working primarily in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • This role focuses on building, updating, and publishing pages using established templates and content standards, as well as executing marketing campaigns and landing pages with accuracy and efficiency.
  • The Digital Producer works closely with multiple internal teams—including Marketing, Digital and UX/Design — to implement approved content updates and apply SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices during content authoring, such as metadata, headings, internal linking, and image optimization, while partnering with development teams for any technical implementations.
Major Duties
  • Produce, update, and maintain content across client-facing websites using Adobe AEM and other CMS platforms as needed, including hands-on creation of HTML and image-based assets.
  • Apply SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices across the client's digital properties by implementing metadata, headings, internal links, structured content, image optimization, and page performance improvements in support of search and AI-driven discoverability.
  • Build and publish pages using existing templates and components while adhering to established design systems, content standards, and governance rules.
  • Work closely with Marketing, UX, and Product partners to execute approved designs and content updates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Optimize page layout, responsiveness, and performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices through QA and implementation best practices.
  • Implement and maintain marketing campaigns, including banners, promotions, and corresponding landing pages, ensuring proper setup, QA, and launch.
  • Perform ongoing content QA, troubleshooting, and updates to support continuous site improvements and reduce production errors.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience authoring, updating, and publishing content in enterprise Content Management Systems; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices as applied to content authoring, including metadata, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and content structure for search and AI discoverability.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and web markup for content formatting, QA, and troubleshooting within existing templates (no custom development required).
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns through page builds, content updates, and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality assurance skills, and ability to manage multiple production requests in a fast-paced environment.
