Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of custom enterprise applications on the Salesforce Force.com platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and scalable architecture. The position involves providing technical guidance, reviewing solution designs, managing risks, and optimizing business processes through technology. Ideal candidates have strong experience with Salesforce development, integration technologies, and enterprise architecture, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required Tasks to be performed:

  • Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on
  • enabling technologies including the Force.com Platform.
  • Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture
  • standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing,
  • and Force.com Platform education.
  • Review/Create application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best
  • practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into our infrastructure.
  • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep projects on track and
  • solutions extendable and maintainable going forward.
  • Identify and pro-actively manage potential risks.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
  • Experience defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications in a technical and/or
  • functional leadership role.
  • Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and master data
  • management.
  • Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following
  • domains: development and release management strategies, change management.
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using continuous integration tools (preferably Jenkins).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
  • Experience delivering Lightning Web Components.
  • Ability to perform backend data integration such as HTTP, Web Services.
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce with Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer.
  • Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, web services (SOAP or REST), Visualforce/APEX, JSON, JavaScript and
  • XML.
  • Development experience with Sales Cloud, as well as Community Cloud and SSO.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience.
