Job Description
This role supports Epic Security operations with a focus on high-volume user access management. The position requires Epic Security certification and hands-on experience provisioning user accounts, managing onboarding, role changes, and offboarding through ServiceNow, with additional responsibilities for troubleshooting and ticket triage. Preferred experience includes SailPoint/Epic integrations and Epic security blueprints.
Qualifications
- Required, Epic Security certification with at least 3-5 years of experience with Epic Security work provisioning user accounts.
- Preferred, experience with SailPoint/Epic integration or Epic blueprints.
- Primary responsibilities, high volume ServiceNow new user onboarding, role transition, offboarding, troubleshooting, and triaging tickets.
