Project Overview:
This role supports the re-implementation of the Compass Rose initiative, an enterprise-level project designed to optimize value-based care analytics across a network of community health centers. After a less-than-optimal initial implementation, the organization is resetting and relaunching the project in phases:
- Wave 1 : Re-launch of Compass Rose for Health Centers with a focus on value-based analytics.
- Wave 2 : Implementation of Healthy Planet Link, extending the solution to non-client Health Centers.
Responsibilities:
- Healthy Planet Build and Testing (90% of Role)
:
- Design, configure, and test Healthy Planet registries, dashboards, scorecards, and other tools.
- Conduct iterative testing of builds in collaboration with Epic and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure configuration aligns with clinical and operational value-based care goals.
- Healthy Planet Link Implementation
:
- Participate in the planning and rollout of Healthy Planet Link to non-client Health Centers.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and data-sharing configurations.
- Coordinate with external organizations and Epic to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
- Project Support & Stakeholder Collaboration
:
- Attend and contribute to meetings with Epic technical teams, internal IT, clinicians, and project leadership.
- Support issue resolution and change requests related to Compass Rose build and workflows.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, test scripts, and training materials as needed.
