Job Description
- An Epic Kaleidoscope analyst is primarily responsible for building, implementing, and supporting the Epic Kaleidoscope ophthalmology module within a healthcare setting.
- Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clinicians to gather workflow requirements, configuring system settings, troubleshooting user issues, and training staff on new features.
- Analysts often participate in multidisciplinary project teams and may be involved in data reporting, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- The role requires strong communication and organizational skills as you’ll serve as a critical liaison between clinical staff and IT, ensuring the EHR system meets the specialized needs of eyecare providers.
