The Epic Prelude Certified Analyst specializes in the Epic Prelude module and supports the design, configuration, and optimization of patient access workflows. This role partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure effective system functionality and end-user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Epic Prelude module to support patient access workflows
- Design, test, and implement system enhancements and upgrades
- Perform unit testing and validate system functionality
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training
