Job Description
This role focuses on implementing and supporting patient scheduling and access workflows within the Epic Cadence module. It involves designing scheduling templates, configuring system rules, and performing testing to ensure functionality and efficiency. The position requires Epic Cadence and Prelude certifications, along with prior experience in healthcare scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support scheduling and patient access workflows in Epic Cadence
- Design and maintain provider scheduling templates
- Configure system rules, parameters, and workflows to meet operational needs
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize scheduling processes
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
Qualifications
- Epic Certification in Cadence and Prelude (required)
- Experience with healthcare scheduling and patient access workflows
- Strong understanding of system configuration and workflow design
- Experience with system testing and issue resolution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
