Job Description
Epic Resolute HB Analyst responsible for supporting and optimizing hospital billing workflows, system configuration, and revenue cycle operations within the Epic platform. The ideal candidate is a certified Resolute professional with at least five years of experience who can work independently or collaboratively, quickly adapt to project needs, and deliver reliable solutions with minimal direction.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and support Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) applications and workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system design, build, and optimization activities.
- Provide day-to-day production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis for billing-related concerns.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, coding/HIM, and operational teams to improve processes and system performance.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, implementations, and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users.
- Support claims-related functionality and integrations; leverage Claims certification and experience when applicable.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time while working independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
