Job Description
Epic RevCycle Analyst (HIM) with strong 3M coding and HIM expertise responsible for supporting and optimizing health information management and revenue cycle workflows within Epic. This role requires a certified professional with at least five years of experience and two full lifecycle implementations who can quickly contribute, work independently, and collaborate effectively to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Epic HIM and revenue cycle applications, including configuration and workflow optimization.
- Apply 3M coding and HIM expertise to improve documentation, coding accuracy, and revenue integrity.
- Gather and translate business requirements into system design, build, and enhancement activities.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of system and workflow challenges.
- Collaborate with clinical, coding, HIM, and revenue cycle stakeholders to align system functionality with operational needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver project tasks with minimal supervision while contributing as both an independent resource and a team member.
