Job Description
Job Summary:
Serves as the lead technical contact for Finance-related integrations and ERP applications. Oversees system support, software development, and enterprise data delivery across key financial modules including General Ledger, Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, and Billing & Receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical support for Finance modules: GL, Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, Billing & Receivables
  • Oversee all phases of the SDLC: analysis, design, implementation, QA, and release of financial applications
  • Provide technical leadership and solutions for complex production issues
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver critical financial data integrations
  • Manage documentation: business requirements, system specs, architecture, data flows, training
  • Support ERP admin tasks including user creation, data updates, and system maintenance
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with business analysts
  • Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalable design
  • Provide direction to technical project team members and analyze data to support outcomes
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Five (5) years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in XSLT, XML, REST, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to maintain stored procedures and related objects
  • Familiarity with Autosys, AIX/Linux Korn Shell scripting, and C#
  • Experience with Infor SmartStream or similar ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues independently
  • Familiarity with finance modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, GL, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with EDI X12, Citrix, ColdFusion, .NET, DB2, and PowerShell
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
