The ideal candidate for this role should have expertise in installing, configuring, and upgrading Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway, along with a background in Mainframe, traditional distributed system, and cloud file exchange migrations. They must demonstrate the ability to work independently and possess strong troubleshooting skills.
