Job Description
- Lead project teams in executing project processes and effectively uses project portfolio management and project management tools and systems.
- Coordinate communication with statewide advisory groups and other project stakeholders
- Assure the successful execution and completion of large-scale data management projects using project management standards, processes, and tools.
- Manage said projects across multiple contributing organization and agencies.
- Leads project teams in clearly defining project goals, deliverables, risks, and critical success factors.
- Leads preparation of reports and project summaries to state government and statewide advisory group
- Leads project teams in the tracking of work breakdown structures, team member assignments, and the status of individual tasks.
- Reporting for emergency duty is required as part of this position. Emergencies may occur at any time and create varying degrees of damage, human suffering, injury, death, and property damage or destruction. The client, along with many other local and state agencies, has responsibilities before, during, and/or after emergencies. The Consultants are an important part of our emergency responsibilities. In the event of an emergency, unless Consultant is granted a temporary exemption from emergency duty, Consultant may be required to work before, during, and/or beyond normal work hours or days to perform emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.
- Other tasks as directed by Platform Manager.
- Follows all established team processes and procedures
- Develops documentation for support processes, systems, and procedures
- Maintains security, confidentiality, and availability of systems
- Must be available for on-call and/or overtime duties as required

- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply related federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related University policies, procedures, principles, and practices.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodology.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures
- 2 year’s experience.
