Job Description
Manages prioritization, development, and enhancement of multiple inter-connected product suites. Participates in Agile ceremonies for multiple multi-disciplinary development teams. Partners with leadership to develop and execute product vision. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of high-risk, complex infrastructure enterprise product/service as part of an Agile environment. You will represent IT products and services to the business and IT customers, coordinating product and service implementations, integrations, and performance monitoring with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Define the nature and scope of high-risk, complex infrastructure enterprise product or service to deliver increased functionality, automation, and agility.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects and other Infrastructure and product service owners to ensure designs incorporate best practices and technology solutions.
- Recommend tactics for leveraging advancements in technical trends and emerging technology to assist in long-term planning.
- Act as an internal consultant on IT external best practices.
- Measure and improve end-to-end efficiency of infrastructure product and service (e.g., consistency, mean time to deliver, capacity consumption, availability, ease of use, cost failure rate) and identify and mitigate process bottlenecks.
- Implement non-functional requirements (e.g., availability, scalability, instrumentation, latency, performance efficiency, change management, and disaster recovery).
- Coordinate infrastructure product and service releases.
- Ensure an Agile approach to direct team members in the day-to-day execution of work (e.g., Incidents, automation tasks, and product/service improvement tasks).
- Identify and implement improvements to workflows using Lean principles to provide steady and predictable delivery of products and services.
- Communicate project tasks and deliverable timelines to inform priority decisions and drive transparency, autonomy, and accountability.
- Co-manage vendor relationships with IT Sourcing team.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience in an Agile infrastructure environment managing the lifecycle of enterprise products and services required.
- Experience with creating and managing product roadmaps and associated budgets.
- Health care experience in a provider or consulting environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Database structures, Website products, like Ingeniux CMS, Elasticsearch, and BI products like MicroStrategy).
- Strong communication skills required.
- Understanding of Agile software development required.
