Job Description
- Serves as the on-site lead for mobile device deployments supporting the client's Epic Rover platform.
- Coordinates site readiness, device setup, distribution, and frontline support.
- Manages a small team of technicians, handles escalations, and ensures deployment tasks are completed on schedule.
- Acts as liaison with project managers, clinical staff, and IT teams.
- Oversee staging, configuration, and distribution of iPhones for clinical use.
- Conduct site readiness checks and coordinate deployment logistics.
- Supervise and direct deployment technicians.
- Support clinical end-users during onboarding/offboarding.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
- Document processes and provide deployment status updates.
