Job Description

• Serves as the on-site lead for mobile device deployments supporting the client's Epic Rover platform.
• Coordinates site readiness, device setup, distribution, and frontline support.
• Manages a small team of technicians, handles escalations, and ensures deployment tasks are completed on schedule.
• Acts as liaison with project managers, clinical staff, and IT teams.

• Oversee staging, configuration, and distribution of iPhones for clinical use.
• Conduct site readiness checks and coordinate deployment logistics.
• Supervise and direct deployment technicians.
• Support clinical end-users during onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Document processes and provide deployment status updates.
