JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
As a Marketing Solutions Project Management Contractor, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing the new project plans and tracking schedules as well as the implementation and management thereof across the organization. The tool to be used is Smartsheet.
Working closely with the marketing and communications team, you will bring marketing strategies to life by creating and implementing the project plans for use by all. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the synchronization of messaging across multiple communication channels, managing strategic communication processes and initiatives, and assistance with proofing content for consistent messages across all audiences.

Rationale:
The Marketing Solutions Contractor will establish and rollout the new Project Management/Tracking within Smartsheet as well as support marketing solutions processes, proofing content, aligning website, email, and social media communications.  This role will support the growing service lines under the organization, including the Operations Certificate Program and the Covered Entity Refund Service. In addition, this role will ensure synchronization of messaging across all communication channels. This is a key role in ensuring the communications strategies are executed efficiently and effectively, in accordance with project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new Project Tracking/Project Plans using Smartsheet across the organization working with internal clients, including assisting in communications planning and tactics to address specific target audiences, proofing content for email campaigns, website landing pages, social media marketing (paid and organic), event promotions, blogs, and articles, etc.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, communications, and event management teams to ensure timely execution of all campaign assets in alignment with marketing plans. Proofread materials for brand consistency, voice, style, audience relevance, and other business considerations.
  • Oversee production timelines for all digital marketing assets, ensuring consistency across mediums and adherence to campaign content and timeline. Coordinate multiple projects within assigned business areas, ensuring timely completion and contribute to the development of process guidelines, prioritizing stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the team to recommend adjustments for maximizing results.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years ideal with project management experience
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience in a marketing agency
  • Strong Project Management and communication skills for developing content across various digital and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
