Job Description:
This individual will have significant MES experience implementing MES/manufacturing systems in a variety of manufacturing environments. Knowledgeable about standards with manufacturing systems and adept at analysis and documentation of these systems.
Experience Summary
Senior level IT professional with over 20 years of experience. Successfully managed large scale multi-site implementation of MES / PLM / QMS / SPC / EAM systems to support manufacturing and shop floor automation. Program leadership for implementing SIEMENS CAMSTAR MES solution for paperless manufacturing.
Areas of Specialty
Manufacturing: Shop floor automation & integrated solutions MES, PLM, QMS, SPC, EAM, Labeling.
Supply Chain: ERP systems, Field Inventory Management, Planning & Scheduling, and Warehousing.
Project Mgmt.: Governance, change control, risk mitigation, time boxed & value based delivery.
Methodologies: Agile (SAFe) / Scrum / Kanban, Rational Unified Process (RUP), PMI's PMBOK
