Job Description
- Provides frontline technical support for the deployment of iPhones used with Epic Rover.
- Assists with staging, configuration, distribution, and end-user support during deployment events.
- Stage and configure iPhones with required apps and settings.
- Assist with distribution and user setup at clinical sites.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and user guidance.
- Support onboarding/offboarding of devices.
- Track and update device inventory during deployment.
