Job Description
The Contractor will be expected to provide off-site staff augmentation to the Agency for operation, business needs analysis, planning, configuring, and administering, testing, refinement, and support of Optimizely Content Management System. The Contractor will also be expected to provide CMS expertise and guidance services, onboarding and/or training internal or partner development team, technical and system architecture analysis and consulting, high-level content modeling, content/information architecture road mapping, and workflow guidance.
Qualifications / Certifications of the Consultant
The Contractor must demonstrate the resource(s) capability to provide professional consulting services in the following areas:
Design, Development, and Support Services are defined as follows:
- Wireframe development and prototyping
- Design (development and creation of concept)
- Design audit services
- Development (front-end and back-end)
- Industry and Competitive research
- Site audit, Sitemap, and Taxonomy Development
- Quality assurance testing and documentation
- Training and documentation for site editors
- Project and Technical coordination (project management and communication)
- SEO guidance and management
Consulting Services are defined as follows:
- OCMS expertise and guidance services
- Onboarding and/or training Client's internal or partner development team(s)
- Technical, and System Architecture analysis and consulting
- Facilitation and analysis of workshops and compiling results
- Definition of audience and archetypes
- High-level content modeling
- Content/Information architecture road mapping
- Other specific consultation (CMS selection, governance/workflow guidance)
- Facilitation and analysis of workshops and compiling results
