Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Delinea Administrator to join the Cyber & Information Security team at Client. This role will be responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of Delinea’s Secret Server and related PAM (Privileged Access Management) capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with Delinea discovery, API integration, password rotation, and automation using PowerShell and Python.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Delinea Expertise & Technical Consultation

• Act as the primary SME for all Delinea-related configuration, integration, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Provide consultation on best practices for PAM policies, secret server architecture, and account discovery strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored PAM solutions aligned with security and compliance objectives.

• Administer and support Delinea Secret Server including secret management, policy enforcement, and credential rotation.
• Lead Delinea Discovery implementation and enhancements, including scripting custom account discovery logic.
• Utilize Delinea APIs, PowerShell, and Python for automation and integration with third-party systems.
• Manage password complexity policies, templates, and policy exceptions across diverse systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Monitor system health and performance; implement improvements based on diagnostics and user feedback.
• Maintain effective support documentation and knowledge base.

• Create and deliver training materials and user guides for internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a mentor or escalation point for junior administrators or support teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on configurations, scripts, and process workflows.

• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security posture, and user experience.
• Provide input on product roadmap features and participate in vendor discussions.
• Contribute to the development of internal security policies and governance standards around privileged access.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security or Infrastructure with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management.
• Proven, hands-on experience with:
• Delinea Secret Server (administration, discovery, rotation)
• PowerShell and Python scripting
• Delinea REST APIs and automation workflows
• Strong understanding of password vaulting, access control, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, PCI).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience creating training materials and technical documentation.
• Delinea Administrator certification or related PAM credentials are a plus.

• Familiarity with integration of Delinea with SIEM, IAM, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance).
• Exposure to SQL and reporting within the Secret Server environment.
