Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and executing the overall EMR training strategy, including curriculum design, credentialing, and training environment management. This role requires active Epic Home Health certification and will support remote training initiatives, with required on-site presence during go-live on May 30, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Epic Home Health training curriculum aligned with clinical workflows and system updates.
  • Design and oversee the overall EMR training strategy to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Create, configure, and maintain the Epic training environment to support end-user education.
  • Administer the Epic credentialing program for end-user trainers.
  • Evaluate and certify trainers based on their ability to effectively conduct EMR training programs.
  • Provide remote training leadership and support, with mandatory on-site participation during go-live on 5/30/2026.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve user proficiency and system utilization
