Job Description
- We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy IT Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our HR AI Factory initiatives.
- This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of HR through AI-driven solutions, leveraging platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and machine learning technologies.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to define and deliver a roadmap that aligns with our HR transformation goals.
- Your focus will be on ensuring the team is working on the most impactful items, creating clear and actionable user stories, and driving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for the HR AI Factory team.
- Align product goals with broader HR and enterprise objectives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Own the backlog and ensure clarity of user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Ensure continuous delivery of value through agile methodologies.
- Partner with HR leaders to understand pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Work with technical teams to leverage tools like GCP and ML frameworks.
- Understand and translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Collaborate on integrations with key HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Phenom.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Monitor performance and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
Experience:
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in IT or HR technology domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), AI/ML technologies, and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with HR systems and integrations, especially Workday, ServiceNow, and Phenom.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
