Job Description
The Program Manager leads the planning and execution of a portfolio of external education programs, ensuring timely coordination, operational excellence, and adherence to institutional standards. This role oversees program logistics, manages budgets and timelines, supervises Program Coordinator(s), and serves as the primary liaison for faculty, participants, and partners.

  • Manage the execution of a portfolio of programs from planning through delivery, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
  • Delegate tasks via project management tools and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Supervise Program Coordinator(s), providing oversight, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Serve as a quality control checkpoint for program materials, communications, and logistics, reviewing work prepared by Program Coordinator(s) to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for program faculty and external partners, ensuring alignment on roles, expectations, and logistics.
  • Communicate key program expectations, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, including faculty, participants, and internal and external partners.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to align marketing activities with program planning timelines and track engagement.
  • Track participant enrollment and ensure completion of all requirements (e.g., tuition payments, immunization documentation) in collaboration with Program Coordinators.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for custom programs, executing the statement of work, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Develop logistical communications for participants and faculty.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Act as lead onsite for assigned programs, providing support and assisting Program Coordinator(s) with troubleshooting as needed.
  • Design post-program surveys, analyze, and report on results to improve future offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA CERP requirements, manage the ADA CERP Program Committee, and maintain related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all programs adhere to internal procedures and external accreditation standards.
  • Manage the faculty payment process, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and ensure consistent implementation across programs.
  • Oversee program closeout activities, including documentation, data entry, analysis of evaluation results, and refinement of planning tools and procedures.
  • Contribute to department-wide initiatives and other projects as assigned.
