Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams, technologies, and geographies.

This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, program leadership, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering business value through IT initiatives, particularly in Real Estate and infrastructure-related projects.


Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

  • Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Drive execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Real Estate IT Project Delivery

  • Lead IT deliverables for Real Estate projects, collaborating with:

    • Network teams

    • Security & Firewall teams

    • Site support teams

    • Unified Communications (UC) teams

    • External vendors

  • Ensure seamless coordination between business units and IT teams.

Technical & Infrastructure Oversight

  • Provide oversight across:

    • Network infrastructure

    • Firewall/security implementations

    • Site setup and support activities

  • Support implementation of tools like MS Teams and collaboration platforms.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

  • Facilitate vendor selection processes and manage vendor relationships.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and progress to leadership.

Planning, Execution & Governance

  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

  • Ensure adherence to IT processes, standards, and governance frameworks.

  • Drive business case development and strategic planning.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Manage conflicts related to scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately to leadership.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Promote best practices across program and project management disciplines.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience

  • 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience

  • Strong experience managing cross-functional IT programs

  • Experience in:

    • SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

    • Agile & Scrum methodologies

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Network infrastructure

    • Security & Firewall concepts

    • Site support / IT operations


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Real Estate IT projects

  • Familiarity with GIS-related IT environments

  • PMP Certification(preferred but not mandatory)
