Job Description
Talent Groups is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee initiatives within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. This role will focus on delivering enterprise-level integrations of Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) with platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will bring both technical familiarity with IAM practices and a strong background in leading cross-functional project teams through complex system rollouts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for IAM solutions, with emphasis on integrating Entra, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Coordinate efforts between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure goals are met on schedule.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and system impacts while guiding change management processes.
- Maintain compliance with corporate security policies and governance standards.
- Prepare and deliver clear progress reports, including executive-facing updates.
- 5+ years of project management experience within IT or cybersecurity environments.
- Strong knowledge of identity management concepts including user provisioning, authentication, access governance, and role-based security.
- Practical experience managing Microsoft Entra integrations with HR and ITSM platforms (Workday and ServiceNow).
- Understanding of lifecycle automation, HR-driven identity processes, and IT service workflows.
- Background in Agile or blended delivery frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Industry certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP are preferred.
