Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 years of proven experience in managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, tracking, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational processes
- Manage project budgets and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates
- Handle change management and ensure proper documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
- Experience working in IT, software development, or enterprise environments
