Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top actuarial talent, as well as managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record in actuarial or niche technical hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for actuarial positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified actuarial candidates.
- Prepare and extend competitive job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Conduct employee onboarding, including new hire orientation, to ensure a smooth transition.
- Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- 4–6 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on actuarial or highly specialized technical roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment tools; knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
