Job Description

  • The Recruiter will deliver strategic and tactical recruiting to the Consulting Services organization.
  • The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand the business goals and environment, then source, attract, identify, and screen a diverse slate of candidates to meet the job requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates using Internet resources, including social media, applicant tracking system (Workday), employee referrals, career fairs, networking, and direct contact.
  • Act as a resource for internal employees interested in applying for positions within the organization.
  • Educate Consulting Services hiring managers on overall hiring process and best practices.
  • Communicate and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
  • Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Work with various department hiring managers, in the Consulting Services function and in multiple locations in the US and Canadian region.
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, Workday.
  • Prepare job advertisements to be posted on job boards, Workday, and social media sites.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Experience recruiting revenue generating skill sets like Consulting Services or Professional Services, is required.
  • Experience sourcing talent using LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
  • Ability to handle a workload up to 10-15+ requisitions at a time.
  • Ability to negotiate and close offers.
  • Prior experience working in a staffing agency environment preferred.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
