Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Westminster, CO. This individual will play a vital role in supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their questions are answered, challenges are addressed, and overall satisfaction is maintained. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, an ability to analyze information, and confidence in solving problems quickly and effectively.
Key Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and provide day-to-day support.
- Communicate proactively to strengthen relationships and build loyalty.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to billing, service use, or account management.
- Document customer activity accurately in internal systems and maintain records.
- Review customer data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with sales and operational teams to address escalated matters and streamline service.
- Prepare and deliver resources that help customers get the most out of their accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with customer data to draw insights and suggest improvements.
- Solid troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both customers and colleagues across departments.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Portuguese with English) are highly desirable.
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination.
- Prior sales experience is highly valued.
This position is a contract-to-hire role. Candidates who meet expectations during the contract period will be considered for full-time employment with access to benefits and a performance-based commission structure.
