Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Westminster, CO. This individual will play a vital role in supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their questions are answered, challenges are addressed, and overall satisfaction is maintained. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, an ability to analyze information, and confidence in solving problems quickly and effectively.

Key Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and provide day-to-day support.
  • Communicate proactively to strengthen relationships and build loyalty.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to billing, service use, or account management.
  • Document customer activity accurately in internal systems and maintain records.
  • Review customer data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with sales and operational teams to address escalated matters and streamline service.
  • Prepare and deliver resources that help customers get the most out of their accounts.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with customer data to draw insights and suggest improvements.
  • Solid troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
  • Strong writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with both customers and colleagues across departments.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Portuguese with English) are highly desirable.
Background & Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination.
  • Prior sales experience is highly valued.
