Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and lead development efforts across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. You will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices guidance to the team.


Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and solutions.

  • Implement solutions using:

    • Apex

    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    • Visualforce

  • Customize Salesforce to meet business and technical requirements.

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Provide technical architecture, design strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce implementations.

  • Define scalable and secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and system designs.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead development efforts and act as a technical lead for project teams.

  • Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and best practices.

  • Drive design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Project Delivery

  • Manage and deliver complex components or full project workstreams.

  • Participate in full project lifecycle:

    • Requirements gathering

    • Design

    • Development

    • Testing

    • Deployment

    • Maintenance

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to consulting engagements.

Agile & Best Practices

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.


Required Skills

  • 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience

  • Strong experience with:

    • Salesforce Sales Cloud

    • Service Cloud

    • Financial Services Cloud (Required)

  • Proficiency in:

    • Apex

    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    • Visualforce

  • Experience in Salesforce customizations and integrations

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in:

    • Enterprise architecture and solution design

    • Technology consulting environments

  • Ability to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations

  • Strong experience managing large or complex projects

  • Salesforce Certifications(e.g., Platform Developer, Application Architect, System Architect)
